Baby Born in UK (application ask how many times visited UK)

Hello,
i am filling an application for Graduate Visa with wife and child (dependent already in Uk).
Child was born inside UK and have only Birth certificate.
while filling application of child it ask how many times have you visited UK in past 5 years ,(whereas child was born inside UK and never left).
if i select yes it ask for entry exit date and purpose.
dont know if i should select NO in that option.

The forms are mostly generic. You sometimes have to answer questions just so that you can progress with the application.
