Pakistani passport - renewal permanent address - UK or Pakistan?

Hi everyone

When doing a passport renewal for a Pakistani national who has ILR and BRP what should the "permanent address" be when applying for this online at https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk/

The reason for asking is permanent address on an NIC for example would be the house address in Pakistan.
