ESTA on new british passport after naturalisation

ESTA on new british passport after naturalisation

Dear Gurus,

I held a US B1/B2 visa from 2014 valid to 2024 on my indian passport. I have now naturalised . will it be an issue to apply for ESTA on a new passport immediately after naturalisation?

Nope, you can apply the same day you get your passport. Make a copy of your Indian US visa. Can't remember now, but you might need to reference the visa issue number.
Guess your Indian passport gets taken off you.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

Thanks tictack, I have received ESTA approval within a couple of hours yesterday. I did provide my old passport details but they didnt ask for any visa reference number.
