Hi Ali,

My solicitor received a letter today from department in which they mentioned,

Your client's case is currently under examination. when the examination has been completed you will be notified in writing of the outcome.
I think they will send me decision in few days. Any news about your application

Hi Lenevo,
I didn't have any allegation or any problems with my case. My stamp4eufam was valid till Jan 2023. Due to ex partner left from Ireland I applied work permit and chenchooliah same time and got approval both. EU treaty department revoke my stamp on 2022 and transfer to repatriation but repat accept stamp1 under chenchooliah. I kept my work permit stamp1 but recently my lawyer applied further chenchooliah extension on 9th may 2023 and got approval Stamp4 2 years on 25th may 2023. My lawyer said as my revocation withdraw by AKS judgement so I could apply nationality now.

Hi Alex,
They revoke my stamp in 2022 with the effect from 2021. In 2022 they gave me chenchooliah category. Now is it possible can I apply for the citizenship? Do my case fall in AKS judgement as they revoked in the past year?

Thanks

How long does it take to get the first stamp when you apply a chenchooliah application.

Hi Guys,
Happy New Year everyone. Hope everything is well with you guys.
I have just received my letter for stamp1 under Chenchooliah case and have booked my appointment for registration. I am not sure if we pay 300euro registration fees to apply for IRP under this cases?
And secondly, I did few stupid things in the past and was locked up for 5 months in prison. would this ive rise to any thing against me or would immigration officer have already consider everything before issuing the stamp1? I told them everything as i filled in the Criminality Declaration Form honestly and sent them back in september 2023.
I am confused, could everyone help?
Thank you.

Why not? It's not due to your relationship with EU national any more.
Not a qualified immigration adviser. Use links and references given to gain confirmation and/or extra information.

Does A.K.S case deem the previous Stamp4eufam revoked period reckonable for citizenship? I reviewed the case and it looks that way, but can you provide more details please ?
