You are applying in May when still at present address and to vacate July, should not be a problem.MNR81 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 10:58 amDear all,
My wife entered the UK on the 20th of October 2020 and therefore we are planning to apply for FLR in MAy after returing from holidays.
Suddently the landlord sent us an email advising his is planning to sell the flat where we live and hence we will have to leave in July 2023!
We are thinking to apply for housing association based on the fact we will have to vacate the property but not sure if this will impact the FLR application in anyway, on the housing website there mentioned the information will be shared with multiple agencies including the Home Office.
Thank you in advance for your help guys.
Have a read of of this-MNR81 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 10:58 am

Unless you are in a very rural area, I assume the wating list for a property is very long. If it is, you might want to start looking at private rentals.
