adequate maintenance HELP

Hi,

Hope someone could guide me on this.

I am wanting to apply for a spause visa for my wife who is currently in pakistan.

I am receiving carers allowance from last month. I also have a part time job which i started last month. I am contracted to work 12 hours a week and earn £11 an hour.

Is that going to be enough to meet the financial requirement?

Married in march 2023.
I am a British citizen.
Previously divorced. ( i have the final order)

I am currently in process of applying for spouse visa for my wife, she is in Pakistan.

With a little research I understand that I will have to work out and prove edequate maintenance.


I am a British citizen
In receipt of carers allowance (started 4 months ago)
I work part time. £528 per month (started 3 months ago)
I live with my mom and brother, i pay £130 per month towards rent. (Tenancy agreement is under my mum's name)
Council tax and bills are paid by my mum and brother.

Divorced from previous marriage
One child from previous marriage, child lives with her mother and I do not see the child, also mother does not want any financial assistance from me. (Do I have to prove this? If so how?)

Could someone please guide me on this and if I was ok to submit my application?
