ILR Skilled worker route

Hi Dear mam,
I have also small query, will appricate if you can guide us.

1) My wife came to UK in July 2017 on Tier 2 ICT visa, then me and my son came to UK in Oct 2017 on her dependent visa.
2) I got Tier 2 general Visa in March 2019 and my wife and son came on my dependent in June 2019
3) my first question is when I can apply ILR? Once I will complete 5 years in UK which is already completed or after Tier 2 general visa 5 years will compelte i.e. March 2024?
4) when my wife can apply ILR as she is in UK continuously since July 2017.

You all can apply together for ILR when you complete your 5 years
