Visa free travel to any country on the basis of UK Visa or US Visa

hi all, hope this is the right place to post this query.

Recently a friend (Indian passport), UK Settled status via EU Settlement (spouse is EU passport holder) got a Visa to US.

Since then it appears there are 50 odd countries that welcome them without requiring additional visas.

I found some information by googling:
40 Countries
Travel 20 countries
Countries you can visit with US Visa

Seems to differ where you look but suffice to say there are some benefits.

I was wondering if having a UK ILR for an Indian Passport holder bestowed similar benefits and if so could someone link it here as I can't seem to the key words right to get an answer when I search.
