Getting a tier1 dependant visa for child born in the UK

Post by skris » Wed Dec 10, 2008 9:44 am

I'm currently on a tier 1 visa and recently had a child born in the UK. Do you know of the process for getting the tier1 dependant visa for the infant? Should I just make a dependant application and pay £ 395?

Would appreciate your quick help.

Thanks

If you plan to travel outside UK or ur visa is not due soon, yes u should make a dependent application with fee.

When is your visa renewal due ?
If its less than 6 mths or so, suggest send ur sons passport with all docs(birth certificate etc.) with ur app and it should be stamped and should save u some money as well.
