10 year ban. Do I have an options?

I was given 10year ban on health care work visa because my agent filling out form didnt include previous visit visa rejection on the history list section.

And i never rechecked the form. This was a genuine mistake.

I have been given Admin review option?

Should I take that option or re-apply? Or judicial review?

As its not the case workers fault it seems admin review would be waste of time? But ive been told they will reject any judicial review if I just ignore the admin review option. Please someone help.

The only option you have is JR. I believe it will not be successful as blaming a third party for your application is not going to overcome the decision nor lift the ban. A lesson learned at a great expense.
