I am about to apply for my partner naturalization application she is on ILR at the moment . I am British citizen we have 3 kids all of them got British passport .
I have uploaded all her NHS appointment letters , poll cards , marriage certificate , ILR permit , school letter , dentist letter , water bill from 3 years also the 2 referees , B1 English . Now on the additional documents . I have uploaded kids birth certificate and 2 correspondence letters from HO . +Wife's passport +your passport.
Q ) -Now my main point is do i have to upload anything from my end like any proof of address letter . I just uploaded my passport all pages and info . It's just your wife applying, not sure why you include all those documents. I have highlighted in yellow what is sufficient. No proof of address is required.
Council tax and rental docs named myself only Not required. . She don't work as she look after kids and we are expecting baby too so for now whatever we had in her name I have uploaded .
Please help me on this as her UKVCAS appointment is tomorrow .
It says proof of residence. This is the passport(s) only, all stamped pages plus the biometric page.Secondly as i see while filling out the online application it says ( PROOF OF LIVING ) needed for applicant applying on 3 years basis .
Now because proof of existence needed in uk …that is why i have uploaded the letters from NHS appointment from 3 years . If it is not needed i will remove it .
It is NOT proof of address.per my thinking i was thinking proof of living is proof of addresses living from 3 years but you said no
Yes.… only passport required for proof living or residence in uk .
