A compulsory strike off company can affect my application?

In March 2013, my brother opened an LTD to work in the UK. I didn't have the right to work in the UK at the time. So under LTD, the employment agency gave us jobs in a warehouse. In August 2013, my brother made me the second director of his company to work as a warehouse operative. We received our salary through LTD until June 2014, when we left that job. We didn't close the company, so in March 2015, the company was compulsorily strike off.
Will my application for British citizenship be rejected?

Why didn't you have the right to work? Were you not an EU citizen with free movement?

Not sure why you could be refused. Did you pay all taxes?

Romanians got right to work from 2014

Company was dissolved because of failure to submit timely accounts.
Will my application for British citizenship be rejected?
Not sure why you could be refused. Did you pay all taxes?
