Applying for Citizenship along with spouse and 2 children

Post by sachindean » Sat Sep 30, 2023 9:32 pm

Hi,

I am applying for British citizenship along with my wife and 2 children, and have a few questions regarding the application

1. I had a speeding fine and 3 penalty points (expires 2026), do I need to declare it under 'Convictions and other penalties'? Will it have any impact on my application?

2. My kids were born in India and are under 18years, for them I got the below questions, should I select 'Yes' or 'No'?
Are either of the parents of the child (as stated in this application) applying for naturalisation as a British citizen on an AN form?
I would still like my child (as stated in this application) to be registered as a British citizen even if my own application for British citizenship is refused.

3. I have used the same two referees in all 4 forms. One is our local Church Pastor and second one is a Bank Manager (family friend), both are British Citizens. Can I use same referees for all?

Many thanks for the help.

No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
