British Citizenship for spouse

I’ll probably get the citizenship next month.
My wife will complete 5 years in the UK next month as well, under my previous skilled workers dependent visa.

Can she apply for citizenship once she completes the 5 years and I get the citizenship?
Or she has to get the ILR first?

And if she has to get the ILR first, does she need to wait for a year before applying for the citizenship? Or she can apply directly for the citizenship once she get the ILR ?

(After she gets ILR) Either one year after ILR or any day after your citizenship ceremony/naturalisation certificate, which ever comes first.
