Hi guys,
Thanks for all the advice so far.
Im the spouse of an Irish citizen. I arrived in Aug 2020 from visa free country. I did the routine whereby I told the border agent I was here to join my spouse, they stamped my passport and I then visited the Garda station a few weeks later to get my IRP card.
When working out the time for citizenship does it start from the passport stamp at the airport or from the date on the IRP card?
Also regarding proof it states you get 100 points for p60/employment detail summary. As we are married we are assessed together in our tax returns. I wasn’t working for the 1st year on arrival so on the employment detail summary for my husband it has his details and on my it just states spouse but includes the details of his work places, earnings etc. Can I use this as proof?
Thanks again
