There is no IHS fee waiver. You can only apply for a total fee waiver if you qualify and then you do need to pay IHS fees either: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... fee-waiver

If you qualify for a fee waiver and are applying on a route where the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) is payable, this will also be waived, and you will not need to pay the IHS.

Do you have any contact number or email of fee waiver office, had applied fee waiver over one month now. No response from them.

One more question, when we send documents through portal link at the end status showed that 'STATUS PENDING and updated date was 3 Nov 2023 but didn't get confirmation email. Please advise.

when we send documents through portal link at the end status showed that 'STATUS PENDING' and updated date was 3 Nov 2023 but we didn't get confirmation email from UKVI (Picture Attached). Please advise.
