UK In Country Spouse Visa - IT Issues Pending Payment

Hi all, I applied for a spouse visa inside the UK on the 2ed Dec 2023. I have paid both IHS and Visa fee, and the money is definitely through, I have also received confirmation of payment for both, saying an application has been submitted, and I was given an UAN number.

However I have been stuck on the payment pending page for over 5 days now, and can not book my biometric.

Is anyone else experiencing or have experienced similar issues? I suppose it's an IT issues and I have already emailed Apply online e support, but no one give me a time frame and solution as to when this will be resolved.

I don't want to wait till next year as the fee is increasing and my employment will soon need a new visa. Any suggestions? Should I reapply and pay all the fees again and wait for refund?
