Sibling -Visitor visa and accomodation .

Dear moderator and members ,
I have UK passport and inviting my younger brother from other country in a standard visit visa.
I have only one bedroom flat and am living with my wife.We haven't got any children .Can I offer him my living room as his accomodation as per UK visa guideline ?
WOULD YOU SHARE YOUR knowledge AND experiences here please.If possible share with a UKVA link for accomodation?? .

How you live and how many rooms you have in your house aren't requirements for a UK visitors visa.
