Accomodation Question for Spouse Visa

I'm applying spouse visa I have a query for accommodation.

I live in a double room. Can I submit my contract only with the application.

Is it enough ?

What are other documents needed any link for info ?

How many other residents are living there? Is this a HMO licensed property ?

I'm living in 3 bed house and 3 people lives

yes its HMO licensed property.

recently my friend got the visa in a week (premium service) and he didn't submit ANY accommodation document.

Different visa routes have different requirements.

he is on work permit 2,5 years initially you get
his wife got spouse visa
Im British CItizen so will requirement will be different ??

Akilled worker visa applicants dont need to provide evidence of accommodation.

Spousr visa applicanta do.

My friend is landlord and own house can i take letter from him as supporting document will it help ?

I'm living in double room I don't think my landlord will help in this case ?
