more colleges in the scam?

following the college raid by HO,many colleges have been removed from the dius listed bodies list,apart from CCL,london academy for higher education,williams shakespear colleges are no more in the listed bodies list.
one more thing i have noted that from UKBA website,in UK qualification part `listed bodies' have been removed ,earlier PGC,PGD awarded by colleges in the listed bodies were considered for scoring points,now it is no more,does it mean that PGC,PGD awarded only from recognised bodies will be considered? if so then what about those people who have applied with the certificates issued by the listed bodies?
