Processing time for FLR (M)

Hello

I had recently submitted a FLR M application for my spouse.

Could someone let me know when does the processing time start? Is it after submitting the form or after the Biometrics appointment?

Does it include weekends or only working days?

I received an email from HO saying that they aim to respond by the 26th of March. Does this date hold any relevance or is it auto generated keeping in mind the 8 weeks processing time?
