on 14 Sep (exactly 6 month since the application) received an email re "complex issues"

So it took almost 10 months in a very straightforward case.
The certificate had a mistake, so I had to send it back for correction (found out after the ceremony)

So slightly over a year from the submission date till I receive the passport

Other Updates: I emailed citizenship support and fne for my son's situation. Did somebody have a similar issue like this, family application under one reference number but only three replies. I am worried about it. If someone shares their experiences, appreciate it.
