schengen visa for Madrid (Spain)

few questions and will be grateful if someone can help

- Can I apply for both tourist and business visa with same Schengen application.
- Can i get the visa when I don't have definite dates for business and leisure travel?
- I would like to apply for tourist visa for my wife as well, can I apply at the same time for my wife with my application?

You use business visa for tourism, simple as that.
But business visas are usually given for a very limited period of time, so might nit be worth it.

Can I use tourist visa for tourism and for work (business)?

This I don't know; Schengen visas are not dual purpose, but you can't hold both at the same time.
