Hello Moderators, I think that the quiet topics such as Tier 1 investor & entrepreneur could be merged in together, or with the rest of Tier 1 General. Also, I cannot see the point of having a separate forum for Tier 5. Only because they get so few new topics.

Please can you also block yumingjiaoyu, I thought that spammimg was not allowed on this forum and this person just posts the same thing again and again, up to 20 topics now.
