Hi, can some one tell me what should I mention under the "Passport Issuing Authority" field???

Can you be more specific abt in/out of country application? and question no.

if i assume it right it shd be:
HIGH COMMISSION OF INDIA (Place Name)

p.s: please be more specific on ur question...

I got my passport from Hyderabad and I would be applying from Bangalore Ramesh. should I mention it as Regional passport office Hyderabad??? correct me if I am wrong pls.

OK, yes, it shd be there with signature n with HighCommIndia seal.. on page1

But, pls cross check this with others.. since its long time since i filled that..

It should be Government Of India

It should be REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE HYDERABAD, As you see a round seal in the front page of the passport, they have authorised.
