I am algerian, married to british. got my application for spouse visa refused because of one point, i don't have a job offer waiting for in the uk and i have limited savings 10000 euros and my wife is on benefits. my question is i found a job in algeria in an oil company wiht a wrk rotation system of 4 weeks on site and 4 weeks vacation at a salary of after convertion 950 pounds. is this gonna be seen enough proof that there will be no recourse to public funds especially i can be seen as working overseas like many british people. is this gonna be ok if i will submit that please advice.
