Main applicant form - page 19.

C9. Please give details of the applicant’s Identity Card for Foreign Nationals. Please note for the application to be valid and complete the applicant’s current Identity Card for Foreign Nationals must be provided, unless it is not available for one of the reasons specified on the application form.
C10. If the ICFN is not enclosed then please give details why the applicant is unable to provide it.

I don't have ICFN, I am extending HSMP to Tier 1 (General).

Hello Namastelondon,

To whom are you replying - to me or to saratbabu07???????

Hi saratbabu07,

ICFN part is not for us and leave it blank. You can refer to old ICFN threads in this forum.

Thanks

But why do you say there is confusion? QB24 in the form clearly says: Has the applicant ever lived in Northern Ireland? If the answer is no you need to move to section C!!

Thanks Push, tvn_ramesh , ukjobaspirer and namastelondon for your valuable comments.

Another quick question,

Dependent Application:

Page - 28

1. H2. Has the main applicant received notification that their application for leave to remain under the Points Based System has been successful?

2. H4. Has the main applicant applied to have his/her application assessed in accordance with paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?

I think the answer is yes as I have got the initial HSMP approval in 2007 and Entry Clearence in 2008. Please clarify.

Main Application

Page - 66

Section - 6 - Summary Sheet

In the points Summary, Should I mention the Total Points as the sum of Actual Points + English Language requirement + Maintenance or
Only Actual Points. eg( 80+10+10 =100 or 80).

Thanks.
Sree.

I can understand u r a Software Test Consultant but not necessary to create so many test cases for your application mate :D

For section 6, it has clearly asked you to enter points claimed against the point scoring area which includes english language and maintenance fund and finally the total of all. I can't nderstand what is the confusion????

For page 28, H2 and H4 just do the Unit test case, u should get a aswer urself :D

Thanks Push for the reply.

Hi srirags and chetanojha,

Sarcasm is ok but not so GOOD and PROFESSIONAL in such a forum. Here members used to share their thoughts and ideas to help them mutually. Hence there is no question of testing or load testing of individual queries.

I appreciate that members should act and behave sensibly to maintain the ethical values of this forum.

May be moderators can advice about such comments and response.

Thanks,
Sree

Sreesri,

It was not sarcasm but the comment made in lighter vein. I wouldn't take it that offensive.

seesri,

sorry mate if it offended you.

I mentioned it because the answer is with you and questions are very clear. For example: The answer to the question like 'If main applicant got the approval succefully or not ?' is something you need to know mate and do you think this forum can help you in it?

sorry if it offended you... take it easy :) and all the best!

I guess now that one of the members has clarified that it was an innocuous comment made in a lighter vein, you don't have any grouse?

Hello,

This is not a question of being offensive or not. Infact everybody knows what to be filled-in but posting queries is just to verify/cross-check the facts.
This forum, I believe is doing this service to share individual thoughts. When people see such frivolous comments / answers , they might get agitated. Instead a straight-forward answers would please all members. This is just a small suggestion and hope everybody might agree with this.

Once again no hard feelings :D and thanks for all your valuable comments.

When you include a smiley in your comment, as you did in your message above, it means the comment is in lighter vein. I don't think it is frivolous comment for people to get agitate. A little humour doesn't kill anybody.Infact it keeps you alert.People in this forum keep passing comments in lighter vein on each other which is not new. After all, you don't need to be a serious person with 4 lines on your head to apply for Tier-1. :) Anyway, hope your queries are answered. Feel free to post as much as queries[ ] as you have and somebody will pick it up.
