question on tier 2 transitional arrangment

question on tier 2 transitional arrangment

Dear All,
I am currently on work permit and going to covert to tier 2. So should it be tier 2 transitional arrangement as here

in which case I dont need to prove my English language and mainentence fund points. Do I need to show my payslips/bank statements with the application?
