ILR application - Documents Checklist for HSMP holder

Hi,

I am going to apply for ILR next month. I am the director of the LIMITED company and get paid from my company (salary / dividend structure). I work as a freelancer. I need to know the list of documents required to be submitted for ILR application.

I Appriciate if anybody can share their experience in applying for ILR in similar situation

[1]. Companies registration documents - Memorandum / Articles of assn,

[2] companies annual accounts certified by a qualified chartered accountant

[3] companies corporation tax papers for all years under consideration.

[4] companies annual return submissions for all years under consideration.

[5] bank statements for company activities for last 6 months

[6] pay roll payments records i.e. PAYE NI payments records for last 6 months

[7] if VAT registered , VAT returns payments details for last 6 months

[8] list of directors / share holders and payment of dividends details

I hope this will be enough, plz note that these list does not include ur personal documents... i.e. u hv to add ur personal documents as well...
