Visa Requirements for au pair in UK

Post by afrizat » Mon Oct 26, 2009 10:33 pm

Searching for information about how to bring a mexican to UK as an au pair for 2 years. Is it possible? What type of visa would she need?

I didn't think Mexican citizens are elligable for Au Pair visas, but do check - that's from my rapidly failing memory....

So there is no way to have a young mexicain lady come here to learn english (and help out with our children)?

She could come over as a student but she can't work for more than 20 hours a week which would mean she can't work as an au pair.
