is it possible for me to apply for child benefit for my son who is still out side the UK?
my son was born in india 4 months back. we have just received the baby's passport and birth registration certificate from the british high commission. my son is going to be here end of december. if i can get the birth certificate couriered from india, can i apply for child benefits?
