Link to HSMP main/dependent extension application

Hi,

I am planning to go for HSMP extension soon, did bit of search on this and found the following links for the applications. Could somebody please confirm if I got the right links to the applications ?

Application for the main applicant :

And also i have a basic question... do we need to fill seperate applications for main applicant and dependant if both are going for the extension at the same time ?

Yeah you need to apply separate forms even if ur applying with main applicant. Dependent has to fill separate form.

Mate if you can't even find a link to the forms yourself, go pay for a immingration lawyer to do it for you.

I am in UK with HSMP. I am about to apply for HSMP extension in few days.

At the same time I want to apply for my wife for the first time as dependent. She is in India and I want to apply from UK along with my extension application.

Do I need to get her passport from India to UK to submit along with the applications?

I need links to application forms please. I am a little bit confused and would like to ask somebody for confirmation please.

You cant apply dependant visa in UK for your wife who are in india. She has to apply from india itself. I would suggest you first get extension and ask your wife to apply for dependant visa from india itself so that the visa would be valid till same as your extended period.
