i applied for FLR (M) visa in september 2009 havent heard anything yet.My husband is british and he has to go to india for work purpose is there any chance home office can give us his passport ,we dont want to withdraw it just need his passport.thankyou for the help.

I am sure he can request his passport for the trip as My wife is british and when we sent the application a year ago, they sent back her passport with the acknowledgment letter to my solicitor, we have just sent it back to the home office as they started looking acitvely at my case
