urgent need help

Hi Every one
I m new to this site and need some urgent help.
I m in uk from last four year.Right now i m on student dependent visa.
I want to know about tier 1 general visa application.
Can i apply within uk on tier 1 or i must have to go back to india for applying for same?
I had all relevant points and the score comes to 75.

You can apply for Tier-1(G) from India. Dependent had to go back to their home country to apply for main visa.

I thought all dependents HAVE TO go back to there home country to apply for Tier 1 visa. My wife has to go back to india go convert from hsmp dependent to Tier 1 general

i m little beat confuse in finance sectore.
how much money i have to saw when i will apply.
its 2800 for myself and 500 for each dependent.
or something diffrent for the people who already in the uk for long time and apply in india,
As i m going to submitt my uk statments i m confuse .

All dependants have to apply from their country,
Regarding the maintenance, I am not sure
there could be possibility you can show ur UK bank statements
