I think you have submitted the evidence i.e. employer letter confirming gross and net salary for three months to caseworker. This should be fine.

Ditto...

How could you just submit copy of payslips without sign/stamp n letter with NO net amount mentioned?

You r really really lucky mate.. you just welcomed rejection..

hope your case will go good now..

Guys out there ask questions again n again; instead of making simple n silly mistakes.. it will save ur future...

Good to see caseworker showing some willingness to ask for specific evidence while application is being processed. In worst case, they might have simply rejected your application.

I think they cannot simply reject my application becoz i have submitted a letter from my employer confirming each month gross salry and anual salry not the Net salary and all the 9 original pay slips and 3 duplicate pay slips without stamp. becoz of that in her mail she has mentioned 'minor omission' from my side.

seniors
i am sorry if i m not correct

Thanks

Well, I wouldn't think so. Caseworker can decline the application based on the fact that he cannot corroborate net salary for whole 12months in bank statement. You have submitted net salary figures(in payslips) for only 9 months. Copy of payslips(unsigned and unstamped) you have submitted contain three months net figures but those payslips are not valid evidences as those payslips does not meet HO creteria as per guidelines.

May be but the caseworker can consider the strong employer letter which has each month gross salary and anual salary for the period claiming points

This is upto caseworker's descretion. You cannot consider it as a result of strong application. You are lucky you got good caseworker.

I think that should be fine since you are tracking the document on Royal Mail website. You can send stamped & signed payslips by "Special Delivery" and convey the tracking no. to caseworker to make sure he is aware that you have done your part. In my opinion, employer letter will suffice, but it will not harm if you want to send payslips too.
