Please help for tier 1 application from india

hi everyone especially chetan ozha and tv_ramesh
I m on student dependent visa in the uk.
Thinking for appling in india for tier1.
Couple of question for dependent visa for my wife and my new born son.
couple of question i have please answer.
1) maintance for main application and two dependent.(any special condition for maintanance as i passed more than one year in uk)
2) processing time in india.Is their any same day service like in uk.
3)visa application fees for all togather with dependent or alone.
4)Maximum time limit.
all peoples comment welcome.

My wife is planning to file tier 1 , she is Msc Chem and working in engineering college , is earning from teaching job is valid.

she is having payslips and bank statments reflecting her slary in the account.

Earning is accepted as long as you have proper evidences(which you mentioned you have) and you score enough points.
