Hallo ALL.
Just asking a few question. Does an non EEA qualified under his/her child which is EEA. Afriend of mine from Ghana has a baby with a dutch woman both living togther for almost 1year plus not marraige. The have a baby and the baby has a dutch passport. Can the non-EEA apply to live under the child as family members? Is that possible?

It is possible that he could make such an application, in accordance with the Chen judgement. However he will not have the right to work, which probably means such an application would really not be a good idea.
