My wife is applying for initial Tier 4 student visa,she is offered MBA in UKCBC which is in London,college starts in january 2010 ,she wants me to come along with her to UK my problem is i am engaged in my job in INDIA as i have to give a notice period of 2 months to releave from the company ,she is going for full loan for her studies and living cost for Main applicant and DEPENDANT ie( 800GBP+ 533GBP )X 9 months =11997GBP plus Tution fees of 9000GBP in total it is 20997GBP(1680000 INR),
my problem is i wanna to go UK only after 1 months ie in Jan 2010 end,so can she is applying for her visa in december 2009 and later can i apply for dependant VISA in Jan 2010 ,but should i show funds again for dependant.
Pls clarify..
