Hi Every one
i think i asked this Q before in this forum but i m still confused please any body help me about this i will be thanksful to you
i want to apply in person my wife is british national and we have one year old lilttle cute baby boy we applied for him british pasport so we got it
so am i the only one who will apply for ILR?

I got my visa 25/02/2008

I enterd in uk 06/03/2008

visa expire on 25/02/2010

i understand that i have to apply with in 28 days
but i dnt understand befor 28 days when i enterd in uk? or before 28 days when my visa expire?

also for appoinment when should i start callling homeoffice for appoinment?

please write me date please
i will be very thanksful to you in advance all members

I think you will be apply anydate after 28th i.e. 29,30... and so on.

You may apply for settlement between Saturday, 6 February 2010 and Wednesday, 24 February 2010.
