Thanks for your advice Mochyn, I really appreciate it and I hope with this you will FEEL GOOD that I show gratitude for your "genuine concern". I don't mean to upset you nor anybody because I only asked for the interpretation of paragraph 320 7B&7C which you have failed to do. I believe it would be of help to give answers with enough research because there's always limit to what we all know.mochyn wrote:Paragraph 320 7B & 7C will not be applied in your case as you have intentionally tried to deceive the police
You came on this site to ask for help yet continually insult members who have given you advice
To have any chance to live here legally you must go home and if you are banned for 10 years then you have to wait the 10 years as Wanderer has said then reapply
If it was a simple case of overstaying then you would be treated leniently but deceiving the police is a major problem that will NOT be overlooked
One of the first places they will check is the police database and when your deception is discovered your whole credibility will be called into question
No way past it although you can go and find a lawyer to help you with his expertise
If you don't like people's comments or interpretations then i suggest that you do your own research so that you always get the answer that you want to hear.pinky22 wrote:Thanks for your advice Mochyn, I really appreciate it and I hope with this you will FEEL GOOD that I show gratitude for your "genuine concern". opinions and comments are still welcome, thank you.
Sounds like the sort of person that Labour would give a British passport to!mochyn wrote:Also since the OP is evidently male and as we know that Pinky33 is female, it seems that deception is a habit of his.He should have learnt his lesson, first he lies to the police now he lies to us.
Certainly a persona non grata in this country
A pessimist is one with no glimmer of hope whom in otherwords tries to set others in the same frequency of misery in which they find themselves. I believe it would be of immense benefit if we all become solution-givers rather than fault-finders. It's a pity to know that they can't give solutions because they also continually seek solutions to their various nauseating problems which they can't even discuss with us. It keeps me wondering why they think they are special or better than others and why it takes a life time to interpret paragraph 320(7b&7c) because the best they can do is to copy those pages on this forum.mochyn wrote:Also since the OP is evidently male and as we know that Pinky33 is female, it seems that deception is a habit of his.He should have learnt his lesson, first he lies to the police now he lies to us.

a) male or female, and
b) British or not
Why? Because you're lying on one of those threads if not on both of them.
I think it's clear for anyone with half a brain that Labour doesn't see immigration as a burden hence their multicultural experiment over the last 12 years and why it was so easy to get a visa to this country. It's only now that they've realised that the majority of British citizens don't want immigration on anywhere near the scale that Labour had it that they've started to impose restrictions. The sooner this socialist scum party are out of power the better.pinky22 wrote:Pinky22 is female & british...happy now?meats wrote:I think mochyn was trying to work out whether you are:pinky22 wrote:A pessimist is one with no glimmer of hope whom in otherwords tries to set others in the same frequency of misery in which they find themselves. We are all here to bring succour to those who need it and I believe in possibilities, probably the reason I sound this way.
What a world we all live in where the state comes b4 the citizen. I believe the law is there to ensure orderliness but the real essence of it is to protect the citizen, not to systematically destroy them by cutting off their expectations and taking the smiles off their faces. I never oppose control of immigration but many still want to be with loved ones for the right reasons of which they are constantly being denied. Many have come to regret their actions in cases of deceptions and all those rubbish but I wait to see the 'perfect man' amongst us, even our MPs claimed tax-payers money falsely which they had to repay. Where is our conscience or have we replaced sense of reasoning with sense of security? I wonder why the state sees immigration as a burden when in the actual sence has benefited from it in unclaimed tax-refund(£billions) of illegals...... HYPOCRITES !!!
In your case by "solution givers" you mean loophole finders? What makes you think that loophole exists in the first place?pinky22 wrote:Pinky22 is female & british...happy now?meats wrote:I think mochyn was trying to work out whether you are:pinky22 wrote:A pessimist is one with no glimmer of hope whom in otherwords tries to set others in the same frequency of misery in which they find themselves. I am confusedpinky22 wrote:I came into the UK illegally and I do not appreciate what life is living in the country illegally. However, I was once caught driving without valid driving-license and insurance, but I gave a false name and D.O.B @ the police station with my finger-prints so I was let go.
The problem is that I have decided to do it the right way and I quite understand that most of the departments in the country are kind of networked and I would not want this to create problem for me as I am about to go back to my country and marry my wife who is a british citizen. We also have a child together and we are all going back to my country to do things the right way.
What is your advice please?
'...MORE DECEPTION', lol. You guys shouldn't get me wrong okay, I don't mean deception is acceptable because I wouldn't like it either if I 'm deceived so as to obtain something from me. The common sense I would like us to explore is that the issue of deception in relation to immigration matters now make some(especially on this forum) to moralise on others, while they also have not been vindicated on some issues pertaining to various aspects of their lives. They are experts @ finding out where others stink while they conceal their stench...hahaha, amazing init.mochyn wrote:pinky22 wrote:I came into the UK illegally and I do not appreciate what life is living in the country illegally. I am confused
If Pinky 22 is female and British as stated on posting made at 2.36 am and the original posting states my wife is British then both parties are female and British and not Nigerian as I first thought but I thought Nigeria did not allow same gender marriages
Maybe the OP has multiple personalities, one is illegal immigrant and the other is British.
Or is it more deception?
These are schemes implemented by the govt you voted to power or do you think the govt would try anything if there are no benefits? That same 'Multicultural Experiment' over the last 12yrs must have earned the H.O huge revenues especially in visa fees of which many of the same visas were never issued(probably on grounds of deception) and the same visa fees non-refundable. Do you have to be reminded that the same revenues generated by the H.O goes towards abating juvenile delinquency on the streets of UK? Do you have to be reminded that part of this same revenue would have gone into ensuring better standard of living of which you also benefit from? It is true that voters are prostitutes because when things get a bit sour, they start to flirt with the other party crying for change.meats wrote:I think it's clear for anyone with half a brain that Labour doesn't see immigration as a burden hence their multicultural experiment over the last 12 years and why it was so easy to get a visa to this country. I don't expect you to take this personal okay, just giving a piece of my mind.
All of the stuff you put up here shows how shallow your knowledge, about the country you call yours, is. I bet that's the way the politicians want it to be. If I were to respond to all you put up here, I will just be a clanging cymbal like you because you don't make sense @ all, 'm sorry. Yours is a sorry case because I can see you share the BNP ideology and you simply don't have a place here. Oh you think such ideology will sometime in future come to reality, I must remind you that it's a dream with no interpretations/direction....FARCE!meats wrote:I'll just put it on record that i never have voted Labour and never will vote Labour in my life.pinky22 wrote:

The revenue created by the HO gets ploughed back into the HO and as such very little if any at all of this ill gained revenue combats juvenile deliquency. Better standard of living?! HA! That's the biggest joke that i've heard so far this year. Any extra revenue gained that's been put into the central pot has been used to turn a fifth of the work force in the UK into civil servants! Not content with this, on average they're now earning 7% more than the wealth generating private sector. And yet Labour the morons want to tax the private sector to the extent that they decide to emigrate. And then Gordon wonders why he has a rather big hole in his budget.
Labour have destroyed the housing benefits system in this country, forcing a rise in costs of 15% this year alone to just under £20bn. The sooner immigrants aren't allowed to benefit from the housing system the better. They should be put in detention centres, live on the streets or sent back to their own country unless they can afford to pay rent or buy a property. No wonder immigrants are so keen to get to the UK when Labour will give them expensive houses in return for a vote!
If you read most of my posts properly you'll see that i'm against socialism so why would i support the BNP when they are a more extreme socialist version of Labour with the exception of their stance on the EU and immigration?pinky22 wrote:All of the stuff you put up here shows how shallow your knowledge, about the country you call yours, is. About you my dear, you certainly need some education okay...c ya.
You never know who gets allowed to stay under the human rights regulations.
