AIT Appeal

Hi All

Does anyone have idea if an appeal has been granted on 6th Jan and my lawyer still hasnt heard from AIT.What will be a next step.I have read AIT website and its says that home office may apply within 5 working day for consideration.If no re-consideration From HO than what ll be next step

Please help !!!

1. If HO has not appealed against the decision within 5 working days then it means that u have won.
2. U laywer shud contact AIT to find out the current situation.
3. Normally it takes upto 4 to 5 weeks to HO contact you and ask you to send the passport for the visa.
4. There are many ppl on this forum waiting for months after wiining the appeal for HO to contact them.

It took them 2 months to notify me that HO asked for reconsideration

On what grounds HO has asked for reconsideration?

as per i nhave read on AIT they can only reconsider appeal with in 5 working day how come they have contacted your after a months...thanks for reply..

Yes, HO answers to AIT if they refute the "allow" and they do this within 5 days, then AIT will Acknowledge it and will write you in their own time

There Guideline shows that AIT will write you latest in 14 days if any parties has asked for re-consideration.My lawyer asked me to wait untill further corr. received from AIT ....
