Details on payslip are confusing!!

Details on payslip are confusing!!

Can any of you please explain if home office will consider below items as earnings?? Any answers will be very helpfull and much appreciated

In my freinds payslip(from india) there are various compnents like
Food Coupun
Fuel Reimbursement
Medical Reimbursement
PDR (Proffesional Devlopment Reimbursement)

and than everything adds up to make the Gross Earnings.when he was offred the job contract (which he got with him) this complete package was explaind with breakdown and it forms part of his annual package. Its contractual and legally binded.

The word reimbursement is really confusing as It looks like he is spending something for company and than they are returning him back.But this is not true.

This is how payslip comes

EARNINGS AMOUNT
Basic Pay 11667.00
HRA 5833.00
Conveyance Allowance 800.00
Special Allowance 1675.00
Food Coupon 2000.00
JOINING BONUS 0.00
FUEL REIMBURSEMENT 1500.00
LTA 0.00
MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT 1250.00
PDR 750.00
GROSS EARNINGS 25475.00



DEDUCTIONS AMOUNT
Provident fund 1400.00
Labour welfare Fund 5.00
FOOD COUPON 2000.00
GROSS_DEDUCTION 3405.00

NET PAY 22070.00, IN WORDS Twenty Two Thousand and Seventy only

This is the typical format of payslips in India. For calculating points for salary, take the Gross Earnings for 12 months and total them up. For evidence, the Net Pay for each month needs to tally with the amount credit in bank account.

Since all those expenses/earnings are part of the Salary Package, he should be fine.. but i would advice you to send the Employment Contract along with the application.. then.. he is fine to go ahead
