Can any of you please explain if home office will consider below items as earnings?? Any answers will be very helpfull and much appreciated
In my freinds payslip(from india) there are various compnents like
Food Coupun
Fuel Reimbursement
Medical Reimbursement
PDR (Proffesional Devlopment Reimbursement)
and than everything adds up to make the Gross Earnings.when he was offred the job contract (which he got with him) this complete package was explaind with breakdown and it forms part of his annual package. Its contractual and legally binded.
The word reimbursement is really confusing as It looks like he is spending something for company and than they are returning him back.But this is not true.
