If we speak strictly of unskilled labour influx from the new EU countries, evidently the unskilled market will saturate and eventually people will stop moving in, as they wouldn't be able to support themselves. As it often happens, some "unskilled" people will be successful in their attempt to get employment a notch higher then their skills position them, strictly speaking -- that might lead to lower pay levels in those position categories, which is somewhat unfortunate for the individual workers and their family, but healthy for the national economy, as was shown by giants like Motorola and others opening their production and other facilities in Ireland.TamaraKh wrote:Situation shows that many new unskilled EU citizens are taking up an employments. What will happend in near future, when irish labour market will be suffered from lack of highly skilled and educated people?
