How to blacklist individual for European Union immigration?

Post by Shaz444 » Fri Jan 15, 2010 4:22 am

For North America someone of engaging or attempting to engage in marriage fraud, you may report it by calling:
1.866.DHS.2ICE (1.866.347.2423) with their full name & what they did.
I would like to find a similiar number for European Union??
Any help appreciated?
Thanks & regards.

UKBApublicenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk

For the EU i would try this online form ...

Is it evil to report criminals or potential criminals?

Why be so absolute?
The person is just saying that being vindictive doesn't get you anywhere and if you are doing it to get back at someone, then perhaps you are not seeing it as righteously as you think you are.

It is most probably personal grudge against someone and using immigration to harm them. Legally it might be plausible but morally its shallow.

I think reporting someone should be the last step. Unless there are serious or criminal issues involved, for example, forced marriage to gain residency or lies to get someone to marry them to then gain residency.

Other than that, I agree, it is quite morally shallow and especially should not be done in a sudden act of revenge or jealousy.

If someone is here illegally or breaching the conditions on their visa then they should be reported regardless. The same should happen no matter what country you are in.
