help with endorsement of visa after appeal is allowed

hey guys my appeal was allowed and the 5 dayas the HO is given to appeal lapsed monday but when my hubby called them he was told that it wasnt by the Presenting officers becos they got the letter on the 19th yet my hubby got it on the 16th feb. the deciosn was made on the 11th feb. is there any way of pushiong for my visa to be issued? has anyone done this i thinki read it somewhere but cant remember where.
