NON RECEIPT OF CERTIFICATE OF APPLICATION

Post by worldyus » Sat Feb 27, 2010 8:25 pm

We submitted our application for EEA1 & 2 three weeks ago, despite home office confirming that they have received the application they still haven't issued us a certificate of application.every time we call home office they would say that our application is still at the mail room.we have made an official complain, but still no reaction from home office.does anyone have any idea or advice or solution to this problem?we have a 5 months old baby and it is very fustrating to live in this uncertainty.any idea or advice is welcome.please help!

Unless you need the certificate, you can just wait. The application is sitting in the incoming queue, which may take a few weeks. In theory this should happen faster, but the UKBA has still not managed to get this process under control (or maybe they don't want to do it properly?).

So patience is the name of the game.
