Letter From Employer - What Date?

I will be going in for the Same-Day service week commencing 19th April for my ILR (WP).

What is the earliest date I can get my employer to sign the letter confirming continued work without it looking weird?

I would say 2 weeks before you applications .
thats what i am gonna do when i have personal appointment in hand.

As far as I know, it has to be issued within a month of your appointment or postage date.

Less than a week date would be perfect.
