hi all,

this topic is for one of my freind. who has asked me to put this in the forum to get some profesional advices.

he has a metal fabrication factory. who makes canopies, cookers, grills for restaurants and taka aways.

he wants to bring his cousin skill work permit. could you please advise what he has to do. what document's he required to present?

any reply is highly apprecaited.

Your friend's company will first have to apply to become on the register of sponsors. Assuming welding is not on the job shortage list (I doubt it is), your friend will need to show that there are no suitable settled British or European Economic Area workers to fill the job (I suspect that he may have trouble proving this) before he can consider sponsoring a work permit.
