Student dependant visa-General grounds of refusal(320 7A)

Dear all,

request u all to kindly guide if my wife's application can be rejected on the following general grounds?

(7A) where false representations have been made or false documents or information have been submitted (whether or not material to the application, and whether or not to the applicant's knowledge), or material facts have not been disclosed, in relation to the application.

She's been charged for deception last year n got a ban period of 1 year. We both agree that deception was used to an extent which cannot be denied in any sense. My only query is since now her ban is over , is she eligible to get the student dependant visa?

Besides all other factors , this is of the utmost worry to us , since we have left no stone unturned to make a full proof application this time.

Vinny n others , i'd sincerely request u all if u can gime a piece of advise.

Will her application be automatically refused under general grounds?

If her ban period is over, I don't think you need to worry too much. Just be honest in your application and should be OK I guess.
