Eligibility for tier 1

Hi, I'm sorry, if this has been discussed before.
But I would be grateful for a reply.
I entered this country in Nov 2009 on tier 2. I would like to apply for tier 1visa in June. My salary points would be gained by then,(after 9months of stay) and experience points as well, by UKBA definition.
Is it acceptable to apply for tier 1, at that point(without having to show the entire year salary)?
